Tango Réserve Spéciale- Red wine
By doing the harvest a little bit late, it resulted in a concentration of small black fruit so typical to the Frontenac vine along with a spicy nose such as black pepper which is provided by the Marquette. Aged in barrels of oak for eleven months, this wine can be paired with cheeses and grilled meat.
Pepino- Rosé wine
Three different vines were blended to offer this wine: Frontenac Blanc, Gris and Black. You will find the freshness of strawberries through the tasting of this wine as well as citrus aromas and hint of peaches.
Made of Frontenac Gris, the wine is
aged in barrels of oak for three months.
Intense and complex aromas of tropical
fruit, you will feel in the mouth a full
bodied wine, well balanced with a
fruity respectable length at the finish.
Rosé sparkling wine
The robe is reddening but translucent.
Fresh at the beginning, the wine will
reveal aromas of strawberries and then
of cherries. Fruity taste will be present in
Tango - Red wine
This red wine reveals aromas of black cherry, field berry and violet, on fine tannins. Full bodied with a supple palate, this assembling of Frontenac, Marquette and Sainte-Croix is aged in barrels of oak for eleven months
Côté Plateau - White wine
Côté Plateau distinguishes itself by the complexity of its aromas of pears, peaches and citrus while in the mouth, the attack is supple and the final is smooth.
Resulting from the assembly of Frontenac Blanc, Frontenac Gris, Vidal and Seyval.
Fortified red wine
This fortified wine has been elaborated
with Frontenac and Sabrevois from the
2014 harvest. Lengthy aged in barrels of
oak, it gives off flavor of candied fruit
and taste of chocolate.
