One of Italian origin Serge Primi
and the other Canadian
Christiane St-Onge, their partners
Louise & Joseph Simone, their employees
Gilles St-Onge & Jasmine Primi
and all of their friends did not shy
away from the task at hand
and decided to produce quality wine out of the
land.

Accordingly, they
worked tooth and nail on
the 9,000 vines, aged 5 to 12
years on 8 well-drained acres
in order to prove that their
vines, Saint-Croix,
Vandal Cliche, St-Pépin,
Prairie Star, Sabrevois,
Maréchal Roche, Frontenac
and Grey Frontnac could produce
wines reflecting their endless passion.
Pepino, rosé wine, dry and mildly fruity
De Villers, white wine, with a spring aroma
Le Primius, red wine, aged in oak barrels to
provide complexity in aromas and flavour.
