The Cote de Vaudreuil Vignoble
was born in 2006 from
a passion for the region
And for a fine-shaped fruit
which we know as the grape.
Both landowners
One of Italian origin Serge Primi
and the other Canadian
Christiane St-Onge, their partners
Louise & Joseph Simone, their employees
Gilles St-Onge & Jasmine Primi
and all of their friends did not shy
away from the task at hand
and decided to make wine out of the land.
To make this a reality they
worked tooth and nail on
the 5000 vines, aged 5 to 8
and the 4000 vines newly
planted on a rich surface
of 4 well-drained acres.
In order to prove that their
vines The Saint-Croix,
Vandal Cliche, St-Pépin,
Prairie Star, Sabrevois,
Maréchal Roche, Frontenac
and Grey Frontnac could produce
wines reflecting their endless passion.
Pépino, Rosé wine dry and mildly fruity
De Villers, white wine with a spring aroma
Primus, Red wine placed in oak barrels to
combine the various flavours of fruit and wood.
